By ordering me (Lanacraft), you (= the customer) are agreeing to the terms and conditions presented below.

Processing time
Processing time for an already finished product is 7 business days.
Returns and refunds
Pre-made items (online orders only)
If you’ve purchased a pre-made product and wish to return it, you have a 14-day return window. This policy applies solely to ready-made items bought online.
To initiate a return, email thelanacraft@gmail.com. Please note that as the buyer, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Ensure the product is well-packaged and use a trackable service. Once we receive your product in good condition, you’ll be refunded the full purchase price, including the initial shipping costs (excluding return shipping costs). Keep your proof of shipment for reference.
Customized Products (Commissions)
Are you purchasing a product tailored specifically for you through a commission? In such cases, returns are not possible. Once payment is made and work on the commission begins, refunds cannot be issued.
Cancellation Policy (Commissions)
If you’ve made a (partial) payment and wish to cancel your commission, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the stage of completion and material purchases. Contact me to discuss available options. Please note that payment costs, such as PayPal fees, will not be refunded.
Cancellation or refund requests cannot be accommodated once work on your commission has commenced.
Refunds and other currencies
A refund will always be made in USD, so if a payment was initially made by you in another currency, it will be subject to that payment provider’s exchange rates.
The USD value of your payment and your refund will always be the same.
Shipping
Shipping times
The delivery times depend highly on postal service and on customs.
Here’s an indication:
- Europe: 5 – 14 business days
- United States, Canada: 8 – 20 business days
- Rest of the world: Usually about 2-4 weeks (Customs may cause delays)
Shipping method
All orders will be shipped with tracking information and insurance (signed for delivery). You will receive a link to follow your package.
I ship with GeorgianPost. GeorgianPost will hand over the parcel to the local postal service in the receiving country (for example, USPS will take over the delivery in the US).
UPS courier delivery is available upon request, at different rates.
Shipping – loss or damage
All orders will be shipped with insurance for damage or loss. This means Lanacraft is responsible for your package until it says ‘delivered’ in the tracking info.
If your purchase arrives damaged, or if your purchase doesn’t arrive within 4 weeks time, please contact me as soon as possible so I can contact the company that shipped it. In case of damage, please take pictures of the box and damage on the product and send them to thelanacraft@gmail.com
If your package gets returned to me, because of a faulty address or because it was not picked up in time from the post office, I will not pay for another shipping attempt. If you want it shipped to you again, you’ll have to cover the costs.
Customs / import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any possible import duties, customs fees, taxes and similar surcharges.
Packages are sent insured.
